LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
Upswing Golf manufactures high quality products and warrants to the original purchaser that our products will be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal use for the first year following purchase.

Upswing Golf will repair or replace any product, component, or part (except grips) that is proven to be defective or becomes defective during normal use within the first year following purchase from Upswing Golf and has not been abused, altered, defaced, or misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer.

RETURN POLICY
For all products purchased that were not FREE Introductory Offer Products, Upswing Golf accepts product returns within the first 30 days following the receipt of the purchase as long as the equipment has not been hit, used in any way, altered and the shrink wrap on the club head has not been removed. Due to the nature of our FREE Introductory Offer, these products cannot be returned.

Shipments of returned products require a return authorization number. If you are not satisfied with your new club(s), please call our customer service department at 1-866-794-6409 to receive a customer return authorization for your shipment.
