Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guide located on the products page.

Golfers height:

  • Up to 42" = UpSwing Junior
  • 42" - 54" = UpSwing JV
  • 54" - 66" = UpSwing Varsity

Warranty, Returns, & Exchanges.

Warranty:

  • 1 year product limited warranty
  • All MFG defects, and components when purchased from UPSWING or authorized dealer - At its option, UPSWING Golf can choose to replace it with new or refurbished clubs/components.
  • Required for warranties: proof of purchase and pictures of MFG defects.
  • Image 1- Take a clear picture of your name and current date on paper next to the damaged product. 
  • Image 2- Include an image of the bottom of the club.
  • Image 3- Include an image of the shaft including grip.
  • Image 4- Include an image taken from above showing the full club.
  • Image 5- Proof of purchase.
  • Any damage, blemishes, or alterations caused by 3rd parties are not under warranty. Also, normal wear & tear and improper storage are not under warranty.
  • UPSWING products must not have been abused, altered, defaced, misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer.

Returns:

  • 30 day return policy -
  • If you have used your items and are not happy with their performance, your return may qualify for a UpSwing Golf Gift Card. The Gift Card will be set at 100% of your purchase price with no expiration date. 
  • Returns require proof of purchase and pictures of products in current condition.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping arrangements & fees.

Exchanges:

  • 30 day exchange policy – Needing a different length?
  • Visit www.UpSwingGolfCo.com and reference “sizing” tab for correct shaft length.
  • To qualify for shaft size exchange, the items must be in new condition. This means they have not been hit, played or used in any way.
  • Requires proof of purchase and pictures of unused golf clubs.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping arrangements & fees.

Yes, please create an account for order tracking and seamless customer engagement.

Shipping

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
